Supporting Well-Being, Caregiving, and Longevity

The Wellness Studio at Montessori Living is a space dedicated to supporting healthy aging, caregiver education, and lifelong well-being. Through programs, workshops, and community gatherings, the Wellness Studio brings together families, caregivers, educators, and professionals interested in building healthier, more connected lives across generations.

Located in Kensington, Maryland, the Wellness Studio serves as a community resource for individuals seeking guidance, education, and meaningful connection while navigating the challenges and opportunities of aging.

Our programs explore topics such as:

  • caregiver support and education

  • dementia awareness and communication strategies

  • longevity and social health

  • community well-being and connection

  • intergenerational learning and engagement

By combining research-informed practices with the values of dignity, independence, and purpose, the Wellness Studio creates opportunities for people to learn practical tools that support well-being for themselves and for those they care for.
