Crossway Community Montessori

Welcome to School year 2012-2013 at Crossway Community Montessori School.  We are delighted you have chosen Crossway as an educational home for your child and, just as pleased to be serving your entire family through Crossway’s acclaimed model of intergenerational, developmental education. 

This year marks an exciting new phase of our work together, as we welcome seventy new families and launch our newest Montessori Initiative: Crossway Community Montessori Charter School (CMCS).  Plans to open this expansion of Crossway’s existing Montessori offerings have been underway for the past year.  Our new primary environments represent a local milestone as the county’s first charter school and first public Montessori program. We are thrilled to partner with Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) in order to serve more families and to work toward the development of a local model of exemplary Montessori education in the public sector.

The Crossway mission of promoting community, creativity and learning for all families is now more visible and more accessible.  We welcome you and your children to a year of discovery and growth.
